Discontinuation of Certain Customer Support Channels
From November 25, 2025, new customers will be supported only through our official channels, and from November 25, 2026, all other support channels will be fully discontinued.
End of Service for Domain Registration and Management
New domain orders close on November 25, 2025 at 20:00 (GMT+9), and existing domain management services end on November 25, 2026 at 20:00 (GMT+9). Please transfer your domains to another registrar before the end-of-service date.
Update to PacketStream's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) has been revised and takes effect on November 16, 2025. Prohibited activities are defined more clearly, with no impact on service performance, pricing, or existing contract terms.
End of Service for the Cloud Server Compact Plan
With the upcoming v2 product launch, new orders for the Cloud Server Compact plan close on May 12, 2025 at 20:00 (GMT+9), and renewals will no longer be possible after June 12, 2025 at 20:00 (GMT+9).
APAC Network Expansion: New PoP in Tokyo, Japan
We have opened a new PoP at Equinix TY8 in Tokyo, Japan to strengthen our APAC network. Transit, DDoS protection, CDN, and VPS services are available at launch.
