Thank you for using PacketStream cloud services. We are writing to inform you that the Cloud Server Compact plan will be discontinued in preparation for our upcoming v2 product launch.

Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 20:00 (GMT+9)
After the end-of-service date, existing servers can no longer be renewed.
3. Affected Product
- Cloud Server "Compact" plan
4. Important Notes
- Once new orders close, the Compact plan will no longer be available for ordering in the dashboard and will not be displayed on the order page.
- After the end-of-service date, servers can no longer be renewed, and migration to another plan is required.
- When a service expires, all information related to that service is deleted and destroyed and cannot be recovered. Please secure your data and information in advance through backups or other means.
- For inquiries regarding this end of service, please contact us via Dashboard → Tickets or the live chat on our website.
