PacketStream has revised its Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) to more clearly reflect how our services operate and to provide a transparent and trustworthy environment for our customers.
The revision takes effect on November 16, 2025. If you continue using PacketStream services on or after that date, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised AUP.
Key Changes
- Clarified prohibited and unlawful activities, with more specific definitions for DDoS, VPN/Proxy, cryptocurrency mining, illegal content, and similar cases
- Strengthened the statement of legal compliance obligations, explicitly referencing domestic and international data protection laws, copyright laws, and anti-spam regulations
This revision has no impact on service performance, pricing, or existing contract terms.
