Hello from PacketStream.
We are pleased to share some exciting news with our customers. PacketStream has opened a new Point of Presence (PoP) at Equinix TY8 in Tokyo, Japan, to strengthen our network services across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
The launch of the Tokyo PoP is an important step toward delivering faster and more reliable network services to our customers in the APAC region. Japan, with one of the most advanced internet infrastructures in the world, will serve as a particularly important hub.
The Tokyo PoP has been designed to handle regional and global traffic more efficiently, and we are preparing direct connections with major network providers including Macarne, DataCamp (CDN77), and BBIX. These connections improve routing efficiency, reduce latency, and further strengthen network stability.
We carefully analyzed network topology and traffic patterns to design a PoP with the best possible performance and scalability. This reflects our commitment to expanding global network coverage while maintaining the highest levels of reliability and operational efficiency.
At launch, we provide Transit, DDoS protection, CDN, and VPS services, and we plan to add more services in phases based on customer needs. This phased approach allows us to prioritize service quality while offering a broader range of solutions.
We look forward to the Tokyo PoP contributing to a faster and more reliable network environment for our customers and partners in Japan and across the APAC region.
Thank you.
