About the team

Identify customers and carrier partners, and own the process from technical evaluation through onboarding.

The Go-to-Market team covers customers and carrier partners across industries with distinct requirements — gaming, finance, media, and AI. Because traffic characteristics and regulatory requirements differ by industry, product configuration and circuit design are tailored per customer.

About the role

You handle technical evaluation and proposals between the sales and engineering organizations. You translate customer requirements into concrete infrastructure configurations, validate performance and latency through a PoC, and stay involved until early operations stabilize after onboarding. The measure of this role is whether the conditions committed at the proposal stage hold up in production.

What you'll do

• Analyze customer requirements and propose infrastructure architecture
• Design and run PoCs, and document performance and latency findings
• Respond to RFPs and technical evaluation requests; write proposals and documentation
• Size circuits and capacity, and coordinate onboarding schedules with relevant teams
• Support early operational stabilization and follow up on issues after onboarding
• Consolidate customer feedback into product requirements and share internally

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in technical sales, consulting, or engineering within infrastructure or networking
• Working-level understanding of networking and server infrastructure
• Able to document technical findings and explain them at the customer's level
• Able to write and communicate technical content in English

Nice to have

• Domain experience in gaming, finance, or media
• Experience with CDN, DDoS mitigation, or IP transit products
• Experience working with overseas customers or carriers
• Experience responding to public sector or financial services RFPs
