Handle 24/7 monitoring, customer technical support, on-site datacenter operations, and business support.

Operations monitors the network and servers around the clock on a 24/7 rotation, and also owns customer technical support and on-site datacenter work. Maintaining a 99.99% SLA is the team's baseline, and the operating model is built to detect anomalies before customers notice them.

About the role

You handle first-line response for monitoring alerts and customer tickets. When an alert fires you assess the scope of impact, take initial action, and determine what needs to be escalated to the owning team. Recurring alerts are analyzed and proposed as candidates for monitoring rule changes or automation, and every response is recorded in the incident history. Entry-level hires learn the equipment and procedures through onboarding training.

What you'll do

• Real-time monitoring of network and server health, and first-line alert response
• Assess incident impact, escalate to the owning team, and log the response history
• Handle customer technical support tickets and report back on resolution
• Perform scheduled maintenance and report results
• Analyze recurring alerts and propose monitoring rule improvements
• Write shift handover records and keep operational runbooks current

What we're looking for

• Comfortable with basic Linux commands and TCP/IP fundamentals
• Able to work a 24/7 shift rotation
• Able to commute to the Hwaseong datacenter
• Able to record responses and incident details accurately

Nice to have

• Prior NOC or datacenter operations experience
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix or Grafana
• Able to write shell or Python scripts
• Networking or Linux certifications
• Able to handle support tickets in English
