Handle 24/7 monitoring, customer technical support, on-site datacenter operations, and business support.

Operations owns both 24/7 monitoring and on-site datacenter work. Because remote monitoring and physical response sit in the same team, the path from alert to action is short. Maintaining a 99.99% SLA is the team's baseline.

About the role

You own on-site operations at the Hwaseong datacenter: installing, replacing, and expanding server, network, and storage hardware; inspecting facility systems such as power, cooling, and UPS; and supervising vendor work. When incidents occur you perform first-line on-site response, then carry out root-cause analysis and preventive measures, standardizing recurring work into operational runbooks.

What you'll do

• Rack installs, cabling, hardware replacement, and capacity expansion
• Inspect facility systems — power, cooling, UPS — and supervise vendor work
• Lead first-line incident response, run RCA, and implement preventive fixes
• Establish operational procedures and runbooks, standardize scheduled maintenance
• Manage assets, equipment in/out, and physical access security

What we're looking for

• 3+ years operating a datacenter or server and network infrastructure
• Working understanding of Linux servers and networking, with incident response experience
• Able to work on-site in Hwaseong and respond to emergencies
• Habit of documenting work and incidents accurately

Nice to have

• Experience operating large-scale datacenters or GPU clusters
• Experience with high-density racks or direct liquid cooling
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience managing vendor contracts and SLAs
• Relevant certifications in electrical, fire safety, or information processing
